Spotify for Artists
From adding lyrics to managing merch—all the tools needed to take charge of their career are right at their fingertips with Spotify for Artists.
-Design Brief-Spotify has decided to give artists control of their catalogs on their platform. Please design a web-based editor and artist management system that allows artists to manage their presence of Spotify.

Mood Board
Emphasis
For Spotify for Artists, the Artist is the user and main focus. To showcase the Artist, the profile page has a large cover image and profile picture for emphasis.
Contrast
Call-to-actions were made green to contrast nicely with the dark gray background. The text was made white to ensure readability on the dark background.
White Space
I utilized white space to minimize clutter between elements and the song editor, as well as visually grouping items together.
Hierarchy
Color and size were used to show hierarchy in the titles, descriptions, and dates of the music, as well as the Artist’s name and About section.
